Just been to pick up my stepson from his dad’s house. 5 miles each way into Cheltenham. Not very much traffic, but did encounter:
- person with headlights on permanent full beam. Until I left mine on full back at him anyway.
- person in a C-max driving the wrong way down the dual carriageway, fortunately same direction as me, just on the other carriageway.
- person cycling up the main A-road a few miles out from Cheltenham, no street lights there. No lights at all on his bike or him; I fortunately spotted the flash of orange reflectors on his pedals.

Remember kids, don’t drink and drive at Christmas. The idiots on the roads are worse than usual 😂

Merry Christmas.

I decided to venture north for Christmas (not quite as far as Scotland). I've yet to decide if that was wise.

I Literally just sat down after a long day in the kitchen.

6 or 8 hours prepping yesterday and started at 07:30 this morning with the Gammon

I’m exhausted but it was a brilliant spread ( Even if I say so myself)

Mrs mik made a Coca Cola ham joint again this year. It’s always the highlight of the plate for me.

I forgot to cook the ham at all. Not sure anybody really missed it and I’ll do it today instead 😄
