So the rules might give you a £2k hookers budget, and a £150 gas bill budget, then your breach would be on the gas bill and not the hookers.

If it was just one pot, it would only be pay drivers on the grid, because you could do a lot of aero development with LHs wages!

Driver wages are separate and uncapped to prevent this from occurring or you might find a grid full of strolls latifis and maldonados

Drivers + 3 highest paid people in each team are excluded from cost cap I think. Red Bull should pay Christian Horner a few million more next year so he can start sub contracting his own personal chefs

Would be interesting to know how much that's the case. Ferrari were suggesting there's not much of an impact losing 10% of aero time as what they can't spend on that they can spend what they save on other performance areas.
