Yep, we go through a bottle quicker than any other sauces I'd say.

+1 on the CCCO. Our staple chili oil.

Lao Gan Ma is good also and the most authentic but pretty full on for normal use.

I googled to check what one we use and it's that, I'm a fan. That and gochujang are staples in our kitchen.
