Notion

Post by Gavster »

Does anyone here use Notion to manage tasks in a project team or as a very lightweight sales funnel/CRM? Hearing a lot of buzz around it and tempted to implement it in for a new team I'm starting next week but as always I hate bringing in new platforms unless they genuinely add value to our process.

I’ve been using it for about 2 years personally, it took over from OneNote which I had been using for over 15 years. I also recommend it to a startup who I consult for, they had about 20 staff, developers, marketing and sales who are working more closely remotely.

Its great for productivity, search for Thomas Frank on YouTube, there are also some great (free/paid) templates.

Another vote from me

Have used it to good effect

But I did find it a unclear to start with

It's basically a fancy wiki isn't it?

Had a look and reminds me a lot of Todoist which also works well.

It is really powerful with lots of customisation and even db features for really geeks. I think Microsoft will kill off Notion with Loops which is part of o365 and out later this year.
