Fucking hateful fucking companies that refuse to use email for fucking complaints to be as obstructive and time wasting as possible.
It has been a bloody nightmare to get some services in the UK to finalise bills.
EON and O2 has been particularly obnoxious, despite repeated (international) telephone calls and payments since November they just keep sending "Overdue payment, Last warning etc" emails and mail.
But can you reply to these cvnts via email? Of course not, that would imply they're actually interested in dragging their stupid globular slimy bodies into the 20th century for the small risk to 0.0000000000000000000000001% of shareholder value.
Surely there should be a legal obligation to have ready access to a complaint procedure via modern means?!

Tried using social media? Seems to be the easiest way to get things resolved. Lots of hashtags and @ someone.

I had to complain about Air Lingus a few years back and it was by Fax only.
They didn’t respond at all…

When I was pushing my divorce through and trying to get the decree absolute along with financial settlement rubber stamped by the court, phoning them every day didn't do anything to help. Eventually my solicitor suggested sending a fax as the courts actually read them. So I did. Had it all finalized in 24 hours after that.

O2 are very good at sorting stuff via their twitter customer service in my experience. Worth a public tweet first.
