The mere fact that there is a large audience for this spectator event should set alarm bells ringing. But as you can see from the driving styles on display there is quite a lot of fuckwittery going on. A massive sign with flashing lights probably wouldn't warn them off.

On some of the vids there are road closed/flood signs, but the road isn't physically blocked so...

I started watching this (always good to see Oli - previously of our parish of course - doing shizzle) but thought it was going to be mostly focussed on the configurator (which part 2/2 is, and didn’t really grab me).

Following a prod from @scotta however, I can confirm that part 1/2 is defo worth watching. Some of the info on the components is just awesome.

Everyone's favourite BMW obsessed YouTuber of vaguely Slavic origins does an absolutely lovely job, over the course of more than a week, of making his e30 super clean, having sorted the mechanicals.

Definitely set aside the time to watch it to the end.

Forgot to mention I watched this last week. I knew what was coming anyway, but still - ouch! It's only a boggo E30, so in the grand scheme it's no big deal, but given the backstory with the original owner I could feel the hurt when he stepped aside at the end.
