Terrible with most as they generally don't have any race experience, this teaches you more advanced observation and I'm always looking further ahead and around than most drivers, it does make you nervous when you know they aren't. The wife hates my motorway driving as she literally deals with what's in front of her where as I am looking as far ahead as possible, assessing the situation and planning my maneuver. I approach cars faster (this is where she quite often has a go at me) and pass in a smooth move where possible where she drives up behind someone, slows, looks and then goes.

I've had some experiences with some pretty bad drivers over the years too and I'm probably lucky to be alive after one crash so it doesn't help.
