Re: 4 Paw Dog Drive Fleet running report
Suppose it gets it out of the way, shame it means more crate time for her she’ll be running you ragged before you know

Yeah I guess it’s going to end up a total of around 8 weeks, rather than 2x6 weeks if they had been addressed over a longer period. So hopefully this is a nett win - although my wallet may not think so now….
She is home, miserable, and exhausted. But it’s great to have her home.

Hasn't had her vaccinations yet so have to carry her everywhere. Pub is therefore pretty challenging at the mo... unless I get a dog pram
Re: 4 Paw Dog Drive Fleet running report
Cut the flap off a backpack and then walk to the pub. It will be like you have become Fabio and the ladies will be drawn to you
Crappy news Mik, like you say though if it gets it out the way and the dog can’t get usb too hard as both legs need time it may be for the best. It’s gutting sending them back in though, I swear they know it’s for a good reason but increase the puppy dog eyes!!
Got the feelers out for another Rottweiler to go with the new one we collect in 4 days, it’s going to get busy if it comes off
This was at 6 weeks, can’t wait to bring him to his New home and introduce him to the rest of his housemates.
Dave!

Keep them in the house instead Dave!
Re: 4 Paw Dog Drive Fleet running report
Is this not why they have fur ?
Both from the same Line.

Re: 4 Paw Dog Drive Fleet running report
One of ours has large sections sans-fur at the moment.
We got a post-op x-ray for this 2nd op which shows how much is involved. Complete slice through the bone below the knee to allow them to change the position that the knee joint rotates on, and a big plate to then hold it all together til it heals.
This x2 and she is still walking outside for a piss. Much respect.

GWS Mik's dog.
Dogs' powers of recuperation are amazing. When we had Roxy spayed, she was a bit quiet for the rest of the day after we picked her up. By morning she was back to her usual bouncy self. If we'd had an operation of that magnitude, we expect a couple of weeks off work and 2 months without any exercise.

If you get all wobbly-lipped about the opinion of Internet strangers, maybe it's time to take a bath with the toaster as you'll never amount to sh1t anyway.
