Just looking to get a cheap wheel to run about on while we get one of the 125s alloys repaired
Original fitment is 18" 7.5j et45
Would i be ok with a 7.5j at et34?
That just means it'll sit 11mm further out right?

Re: Wheel offset question
It's not ideal but it will be ok. You'd be better off with a pair on the axel so they're both spaced the same.
I doubt it'll cause any issues in the real world if it's only for a few days.

Planning on getting an X1 steelie. Works out a lot cheaper than finding a spacesaver.
Plus I can use it on my 330 if needs be. Thats an 8j et34 on the front

I was going to get a set of those as winter wheels when I found out you could get them for about £40 each a couple of years back. Never got round to it

Re: Wheel offset question
For some reason the place thats selling it are saying I'd have to fit it to the rear and put the rear on the front.
The rears an 8J with 52mm offset so it wouldnt sit as far out but i can't see that it matters that much

Re: Wheel offset question
Ignor them, it'll be fine ( as long as it clears the brake caliper )
