Apparently it’s very pointy at the front and very oversteery at the rear which is how max likes it, if you don’t like it like that then it’s your faultSwervin_Mervin wrote: ↑Mon Dec 14, 2020 11:37 am Maybe it's a bit of a dog and MV is just capable of getting the absolute best out of it. A bit like Stoner on the Ducati, way back when.

Re: No F1 thread?
So basically he could only drive it for a small fraction of the time he needed to? I'd say that's grounds to get punted.
Re: No F1 thread?
Move Gasly back into the Redbull. Sign Perez, put him in the Alpha Tauri with Albon.
If Gasly underperforms, put in Perez. If Perez underperforms put in Albon.
If they all underperform, sack them all and bring in the Hulk.

Re: No F1 thread?
I don't know what Red Bull do with Gasly, he's been really good this season. He doesn't appear ready for the scrap heap, but he struggled when he was promoted. I'd give him another go if it was me, maybe in 2022.
RB do seem to be suffering from the lack of a rear gunner for Max, so maybe they should try to develop a car that doesn't so heavily favour Max's preferences.

Which is why I expect RBR will implement some form of it

“The last cockpit in the Formula 1 starting field for 2021 is now occupied. Red Bull Racing will sign the Mexican Sergio Pérez alongside Max Verstappen.”

Re: No F1 thread?
Shame for Albon but RB have ditched drivers who performed far better! If I could have one of the two I would have taken Perez all day, every day.

Classy move by McLaren, although I detect a veiled mafia-style threat in case he's not well looked after!
If you get all wobbly-lipped about the opinion of Internet strangers, maybe it's time to take a bath with the toaster as you'll never amount to sh1t anyway.

Given his stance on other issues, I had really hoped he would tell the Govt to shove it. If anyone does deserve one, it would be him tbf but when you see who tends to get them the whole system needs smashed.DeskJockey wrote: ↑Wed Dec 30, 2020 10:36 pm Lewis gets a knighthood according to the news. That seems the worst of both worlds but maybe he will retire if he gets number 8 and 100 wins.
Re: No F1 thread?
Yeah, I reckon I'd be looking for an exit at the top with a record that will stand for a LONG time. 8 titles and 100 wins would do it.
