Without knowing how fast anyone was going (or even if they were moving) it doesn’t show anything.

Yep, dashcam in my car. Did you think I was driving along taking snapshots with my phone every few seconds ??

Actual speeds would be hard to determine accurately from the video, so I'll just refer you back to my previous post:

I’ve no doubt that from the moment people fit dash cameras, they are DESPERATE for someone to do something wrong so they can post it online!
