WTF are you dribbling onnabout Carl?

Just because you've been subjected to the idiocy first hand that does not make it a reasonable thing.

You don't hear many old jews talking fondly about their days in Belsen do you?

Just because it happened to you doesn't make it right. Thinking like that is why so many victims of childhood sexual abuse end up buggering kids themselves.

You need to snap out of it mate.

I'm sticking with it as it will be a good reason to charge more for DJing one vs a school disco!

I can’t remember if it was called a prom but the sixth year that my mates were in had a big party at the Carlton hotel in Edinburgh in 2000. There were teachers there as well.

I’d already left school so I only got to go as my mate’s date after he got dumped a week before the party .

We had a Valedictory Ball at the end of 6th form. My 11 year old has one next month at the end of Junior school.

At least over here it just basically means school disco in fancy dress. The yanks seem to take it a bit far and spend a few grand on it don’t they? Almost treating it like a mini wedding.

That's how the Jews corrupt everybody. With their dirty sheckels.

Tonight however I will suspend my disgust and become a polite chauffeur.

Yes they seem to self-deter, oddly.

After advice from my legal team I have been asked to point out that the above post refers solely to the lack of cultural diversity in the UAE.

Just so we're clear: antisemitism, racism, and bigotry isn't funny. Never has been, never will be.

Your sad trolling for outrage is pitiful.

My eldest will be partaking in this fuckshittery next year, and I am not looking forwards to it one bit. It smacks of a 'who's parents will go over the top the most' competition to me.

I will be sending her in her School uniform & will drop her off in the Transit right outside the front door.

In my day, we'd celebrate by bunking off at lunchtime, going down the river & getting shitfaced on a diamond white/special brew snakebite.

Ahh, halcyon days... 8-)

It certainly was never a thing when I left primary school 30 years ago, and I went to an all boys Grammar after that so, of course, they didn't do it there either... Not sure I ever missed out on anything?

apart from getting shitfaced in a tuxedo and getting off with random girls in your year.
