How does he have so many shows on so many channels ?

Lack of imagination? I saw him go to Sri-Lanka (probably) with his Mum and that was quite funny. I have also seen hom on panel type shows and he is pleasingly grumpy. I imagine JL is very similar in his outlook.

I enjoyed his sitcom on Sky One much more than I thought I would. TBH I find him quite funny most of the time although I caught the end of some show on Sunday night (Ranganation (?)) and thought it was goddam awful.
I think he's there on merit though - unlike some of the female guests on some of the BBC shows over the last couple of years.

Jimmy Carr got it right about comedy:
“It's a weird thing with being a comic where if you think I'm funny, you're right. And if you think I'm not funny, you're right.”
