Conspiracy theory idiots

Post by Simon »

Sitting waiting for the plane to depart Kefalonia. The other half has told me about her best friend's other half who doesn't believe that either Kate or Meghan have had their own children. They were just pretending to be pregnant and a.n.other persons children were used for the photos and interviews.

It begs the question what evolutionary advantage (or not disadvantageous genetic leftover) is conferred by the believing of mad shit. I mean as far back as history goes people have been believing in mad shit. It seems like whatever location or society a human resides in is irrelevant to the probability of believing in mad shit.

People are fucking weird, interesting, but weird.

I bet when a royal couple conceive the first bit of advice they get is to avoid the media and general public as much as possible due to the amount of BS that’s about to be spouted by them. And we the tax payer end up paying to employ said team of people to protect the royals from such idiotic comments which are now far more easily accessible and fuelled thanks to the rise of social media. Anyone else spot the viscous circle of idiocy here?

Just let them get on with their lives.
