Back spasms/sciatica

Physio update, probable slipped disc, further physio then we may have to go down the MRI etc route..

Situation normal has clearly been broken for a long time.

Currently really broken. :cry:

Urgh, good luck with it. Hope you at least get mobile again very soon.

I had 5 protruding discs causing nerve compression. It wasnt fun.

Ugh, sorry to hear it. Hope the physio brings you back to the straight and narrow but it can be a long road...

Been as stiff as a board down my left side these last few days after having spent last Sunday machine sanding then staining our garden decking and not really thinking twice about the position I was in, movement etc. The aggro which that caused along with a little pain was bad enough but sounds like some of you lot have really/are really going through it. Respect to all.
