So I emailed VWFS to ask how much a 12 month extension would be on the Golf. I did this in reply to their email asking me the current mileage, which I sent them. In my email, I gave them my name, the agreement number, the reg number, and the current mileage. Their response?

Please provide me with the information below:
1. Agreement in the Name of:

2. Full address and Postcode:

3. Monthly payment amount:

4. Length of agreement:

5. Current Vehicle mileage:

6. Total contracted Mileage: (for your extra 6-12 months)

1. Look at the name I've just fucking given you

2. It's on the agreement that I've just given you the number of, in reply to the email you sent me with the agreement number in it.
