Getting your back after a long time
So not a moan
Long story short, the Mustang went in to the dealer back in September for some straight forward warranty work. The dealer kept breaking things on the car whenever they touched it, so I refused the car several times over the last three months until they put it right. It was a fight to get them to fix it properly, but it’s back.
Feels epic having the car back, especially in time for Christmas Forgotten how much positive attention it gets too, and despite threatening a buy back I’ve fallen in love with it all over again. I just hope I don’t find anything else wrong with it now.
As you were.

It does my nut in when you pay the dealer £50 to change an interior light bulb and they snap the trim tabs off
How about not having a sig at all?

Find a different dealer.
Re: Getting your back after a long time
TVR is still out of action after some twunk bumped it from behind back in August. Dealing with foreign insurance companies is an utter pain in the hole.
It even took my own co (Flux) a month to identify the UK representative (in fact, I did it on Google in 30 seconds while on the phone to them). Every email takes 3 weeks to get a response, and now after four months, they've decided that they're going to dispute it anyway (claiming I reversed into the cnut).

I still managed to get a brand new V8 for less than what SD paid for a 2.0 diesel.
At least it wasn’t the I bought 2.3...

We were on a break!
Also, V8?
Re: Getting your back after a long time
My friends Mustang has had a few wheel bearings, something else transmission wise and an entire engine, within its first year and the garage wasn’t that great either!

Rear hubnuts need tightening, manuals are made of shit and I bet it had the BBQ tick.
Should all be fixed now?

V8. It’s a V8, couldn’t have the other two engines; it had to be the V8. The V8 is the best sounding engine out the lot, also the fastest. They don’t make anything with more cylinders than the V8. So V8 it was.
