Those rules look like they're simply to ensure there is no double counting amongst the businesses defrauded and also yourself - if they're saying they won't move to a prosecution for theft/attempted theft I would write back and insist they do.

This is using your cash to obtain goods and services, not simply using your name to set up an account with someone for example. It looks very much like they're just trying to fob you off.
I would write back too, then move to IPCC. Not a speeding ticket so might actually involve some actual police work so they don't want to do it. If you'd done 34 in a 30 sure as shit they'd be on it!

It'll all be better soon anyway when we're out of the EU.

We'll be able to cut their hands off and tattoo their foreheads then.

I see your point, I just get narked that the police will happily let this be resolved by the customers bank/card supplier, effectively absolving them of having to do anything about it. But you better not try and defend a 34 in a 30 speeding ticket. They are really just lazy cunts chasing numbers.

You can't. It's an absolute offence. You could maybe remind the police you pay their wages, that always helps.

This is where I'm at currently. Yes, I am frustrated that the Police can't be arsed to to anything but I have also had enough inconvenience caused as not want to give myself anymore. As RichB says, they been dismissed, so I shall just get on with my life and hope that Karma kicks them in the cunt a few times!!

Bet you’d feel pretty bad if they end up homeless over Christmas and have a suicide pact.
How about not having a sig at all?

If you’re going to do it, leave the dog out of it.

Oh I can well believe it, but the aforementioned foreigners weren't even British Nationals.
Mind you, even if they had bought tickets, with the state of the trains, the motorways, and the queues at Eurotunnel and Dover it'd take them forever to get out anyway
