Saw the Sistine Chapel today, during our Vatican visit. There are just 4 main rules in the Chapel you're asked to respect:

1) No photos/videos
2) No shorts/short sleeves/mini-skirts
3) No food/drink
4) Silence!

They even tell you about 1 and 4 as you enter, and yet still we're standing next to some gobshite American who can't help but stand in his group and talk at a decent volume, whilst others are trying to get the perfect instagram selfie.

This reminds me of Our Cousins again, who are always on the phone in the office during remembrance periods of silence. So they get short shrift from me usually. No knowledge, no respect.
