Vegans
Re: Vegans
I thought he was funny and she acted like an attention seeking snowflake mother fucker.
Re: Vegans
Anyone who has seen Sitwell on Masterchef wouldn't be even slightly surprised at him behaving like a total cnut.
In any event, the correct response would have been simply to state that on the whole vegan food tastes like crap and they only feature things their average customer would actually eat (having just thrown away half a vegan "banana bread" that I bought with my coffee 5 minutes ago I feel well placed to make this comment).
He shot himself in the foot because he's a pompous dick that thinks he's funny when he is nothing of the sort.

Re: Vegans
They do, as a whole, take themselves far too seriously. I've unfollowed friends who persist in posting diabolical videos and images of horrific animal cruelty on social media. We know it goes on but then if you buy cheap meat what do you expect? There are choices in life and not one box fits all - for many vegans tho they seem to like telling everyone how great they feel all the time - and that for me is trying too hard.
Re: Vegans
I am looking forward to all the surprising, never heard before opinions about vegan food and people that always pop up in threads like this.
An absolute unit
Re: Vegans
Not 100%, I haven't cooked with animal products myself for the last 6 months but I'm not the type to make a fuss if I'm out for dinner and the host serves meat or something.
I'm not going to say there aren't annoying preachy vegans, but there are annoying types all over the place.

Tbh they can be categorised with anyone who wishes to force their beliefs onto me. See also - religion.
Re: Vegans
Save the planet mo fos in the same box. The facebook i3 owners group is astonishing with the level of smug greenies. But I digress, today's moan is Vegans.
I bought some almond milk the other day - am I being slowly turned?
Re: Vegans
I’ve noticed how more products are being labelled as vegan. Stuff like dried mango or olive oil or cashews. So I guess I’m a vegan part time. Feels fucking amazing as I feel better myself and I’m saving the planet.
How about not having a sig at all?

There's a local fireworks place that has parked a van up with a sign on it saying "Firing blanks? We don't."
The local fertility support group are up in arms about it.
