I'll do it in 3rd and 4th this week when my camera mount has arrived.

So is this the fastest you can get from idle to the redline ?

Do we win a medal if we are quickest ?

A really big medal ?

Plus a cake!!!

I tried a test in the Mini and my problem is going to be finding a place where I can be under 30mph for so long and also be safe at over 80.

I tried a couple of times on my private test track on the way home - I concluded that trying to film a 15-105 run in the dark is a very silly thing!

Coming out of the toll booths on the M6 toll would seem the best place for this?

Not sure if I can keep the Volvo in 3rd from 1000 rpm due to its shit old autobox, but I get back to the uk at 5am sunday so I'll have a big old track to play with, managed to confirm the limiter was removed on my last journey home! And 0-150 took 32 - 33seconds ish which felt acceptable for an old auto barge.

I'll do the Peugeot before it goes, 3rd is so short it might be the quickest from 1k - redline :D

Is your manual mode fully manual, or will it automatically kick down if you boot it from low revs or change up on its own if you come close to the limiter?

My KTM will do this nicely assuming it doesn’t shake itself to bits 😂
