I’ve followed the Blackwater river before (as in swim/wade with son and dogs). Deep ford off Lower Common in Eversley is good to clean off the crud afterwards.

Can’t see Dave’s pics now. πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

That's next to the New Mill? I got married there. Father in law threatened my then still wife-to-be with driving her through the ford in his Morris Minor before turning up to the wedding.

That looks great Dave - it is Land Rover products only or something anyone can pay to go to? Meet...

Steve, for a fairly comprehensive directory of fords use http://www.wetroads.co.uk/

Anyone can go. There was also a Ford Ranger, Jeep Rubicon and a Mitsubishi Pajero. Disco’s seemed the vehicle of choice.

Edited for 4x4 model pedantry.

That looks like fun. I think i'd be too nervous to damage the L200 even though it's on AT's and has a decent 4WD with locking centre diff.

That MX5 looks awful and the wheel travel will be no greater than normal due to the way it's been lifted. Nath, you're an ass.

He'll be ok as long as the front doesn't fall off.

If it does I hope he gets towed outside the environment.
