I’ve got a set of wheels I’m going to sell (a cheap set of scabby split rims I bought for the Stagea so I could get the standard wheels refurbished) but they’ve got 2 sets of holes and I don’t know what the PCD of the second set of holes is as the wheels are stamped with that detail on them.
I’ve tried measuring with a tape measure, but sort of guessing where the centre of the centre bore to the sort-of centre of the bolt hole seems a bit sketchy. Is there a proper way to measure this?

Re: Measuring PCD
there must be some maths around measuring the distance between each bolt hole, averaging the measurements, then using that to find the diameter of the circle.

Re: Measuring PCD
Ah, that helped. It looks as though they're Jap 5 stud (Toyota/Nissan etc.) which is 5x114.3mm (I knew that, obviously) and the other set appear to be 5x120mm (so BMW fitment?).JonMad wrote: ↑Fri Jun 14, 2019 9:38 pm there must be some maths around measuring the distance between each bolt hole, averaging the measurements, then using that to find the diameter of the circle.
