Yeah that’s great but about transferring Title to your properties... ;)

Seriously though, awesome adventure! I know you’ve got your hands full when working on it but a few phone pics of progress would be awesome..(unless protecting trade secrets... ;) )

Spenser - my partner in crime for this endevour - is still up there, and he's got what few vids/pics we took, so I'll upload something when he gets back.

As and when I get back to the workshop, I'll do some technical pics of the mods as they go.

Basically, the plan from here is:

Strip all the skirt off
Make all new lower attachment points (20mm ali angle with holes all the way round)
Enlarge most of the plenum holes from 70mm to 100mm
Make new skirt segments for the corner sections
Loosely join all the lower skirt segments together with nylon tags
Totally redesign the lift fan casing to create a proper geometric scroll shape (rather than just a big box with a big hole in it!)
Make a proper radiused duct for the lift fan entry

However, there's the small matter of a racecar that needs rebuilding, so my attention will probably turn to that for the next few days

Oh, actually, here's one random photo I have - EJ20 in all its glory, and a decent view of the offending lift fan housing
