Ah, so what you want is a normal Z06
Today’s want
Re: Today’s want
No. This would be fine with spoiler delete and a wrap. Not too difficult to understand surely.
The Z06 doesn't have that engine.

Also surprised the boot is significantly smaller. What's the driving position like compared to the Touareg ?
You can see how the rake effects the load space, might be a similar volume but practically it’s significantly smaller. Driving position is about the same, cayenne seats probably go a bit lower, seats are more or less exactly the same.
Small write up in ‘fleet reports’.
Re: Today’s want
That’s Lime Gold metallic on the Boxster.
The 996 one is meridian metallic.
Re: Today’s want
I like the look of this actual example, looks in great condition, decent price, FSH etc. Just not sure about that colour leather on a black car, I think it looks much better on the dark blue. I know, I know, once you're sitting in it, it will be the same, but I think it would bug me.

Re: Today’s want
I have a strong dislike for almost all non-black Porsche interiors where they have applied the “exploding paint tin” approach. Lighter colours can look great on seats and door cards, but ain’t nobody in their right mind wanting a completely beige or light grey steering wheel
Conversely they’ve done some of the best - pasha being a particular highlight.

Re: Today’s want
At least that one has black carpets and floor mats. Don’t understand any manufacturer which allows lighter coloured carpets which just look like crap after 1000 miles.
How about not having a sig at all?
Re: Today’s want
I see you have the water feature rear lights in common with my 997.Nic wrote: ↑Mon Jan 04, 2021 5:27 pmSundayjumper wrote: ↑Mon Jan 04, 2021 5:09 pmVoice of recent experience ? Not completely surprising to be fair but if you've got some pointers that'd be handy.

Not just Savannah, but Savannah ruffled leather. To be fair, I think it's worse on a blue car. But the exterior colour is irrelevant once you're sitting in beige.
Re: Today’s want
Anyone serious about a 4S slide into my DM’s..
Black, Black sports seats/alcantara roof lining
72,010 miles, Xenons, Hartech engine rebuild, recent full respray pretty much everything replaced...

Re: Today’s want
You’ll get a good price on that. Last time I looked on PH there’re a couple threads about people looking for 4S.
Or put a free ad on 911UK forum.
Sounds like a fine car, don’t sell it too cheap!

Re: Today’s want
Judging from Nic's post, you could easily be spending the same again on it.
Re: Today’s want
Loose timing chain. Really?? At least they've put 300 miles on it to make sure it isn't terminalSundayjumper wrote: ↑Sat Jan 09, 2021 5:38 pm A slightly broken Cayenne. More tempting than it should be.

Does look tempting though as it can't be too serious, surely??
Re: Today’s want
Would cost no more than a grand for a replacement engine and a few pints Shirley.
