911 Turbo Spanish road trip 8-)

As the comments say, always going to be a good one if Harry starts the video with a paper map
I love those wheels. One to watch this evening.
Very good. Especially interesting as was going to do a similar drive before the covid. Looking at ferry prices with cabins it's over a grand. I'm sure it was 650 before which with fuel chucked in is going to be an expensive holiday currently.
When I took the ferry from Portsmouth to Santander back in 2019, it was £379 one way. I drove back up through France.

That sounds like a good solution. Limited holiday time from work (other half) mean only a week away which isnt long enough in my mind.

You can sit there and imagine that gear wobbling back and forward on the worn shaft when you see the bit at the end showing the noise inside the car again

I noticed an Islero very briefly in the workshop. I do t follow Iain Tyrrell so I’m not sure if he’s mentioned it on his channel, but that’s got to be incredibly rare. Not sure I’ve ever seen one in the flesh.

Good vid though.

I haven’t got around to watching the video - what colour was it?
My boss in the classic car trade bought a silver one from Ian to help him out, and then it got sold on through another dealer in the end, but I seem to recall the owner going back to Ian for servicing.
I never got to drive it, but remember the build quality being just as poor as the Miuras.

It’s light blue metallic - you only need to watch a few seconds to see it. It’s on Harry’s left (right of the screen) from the very start of the video then the camera pans past it about 10s in.

There's a full video on one specifically, but also mentions two others they're working on. Think it's only three videos back on his channel.

@Jobbo I accidentally turned on subtitles when I started watching this video.

The guy who created the software that generates these must be a petrolhead as around 11mins, when Ian has done some carb tweaking, it comes up as “music”

Front stripe thing looks stoopid.

Price after options is stoopid.

It does seem rather nippy though, and seats look funky. 8-) Kick in the arse off 1700kg, so no lightweight.

£150k in options 🤪🤣

Harry didn’t mention the issues if you don’t plug them in, though he did appear to go quiet at certain points. I think it takes a bit of concentration, the SF90.

I think the whole thing looks an awful mess. But I guess I’m not their target audience and they’ve already sold more than they can make so meh 🤷🏻‍♂️

It's just been a long term strategy to make having to plug in an ev a non issue come the time.

This.

The SF90 doesn't appeal to me in any way, and on any level

As with all these cars, as soon as they mention the hybrid system I wonder what it would be like if it was 250kg lighter.

I reckon the SF90 would be nice without the growth on the front, all in one solid colour, with less crap wheels and no hybrid system. Oh wait, that's just an F8
How about not having a sig at all?

So 1985kg with you onboard?
