:D Not watched Harry’s video yet, I watched the DriveTribe one the other day; didn’t click that it’s the same car when I saw Harry’s on my YouTube feed. :D

Ha, he's right about the wheels, needs standard. Though they're not terrible. Looks great otherwise though and a lovely noise 8-)

PS did they ever do a 3.0 one?

The fact that Lord M and Clarkson are pals does reduce Harry's stock slightly!

There’s something about Clarksons one which doesn’t look quite right for some reason, whether it’s the mismatch of colour coded and plain black trim or something.

Maybe they were like that at one particular time, but it still looks a bit odd for some reason.

I like the wheels, but it needs to be a little lower to pull them off, I think the flat face standard ones would suit something at standard height a bit better.

They both own farms quite close together in the Cotswolds, and both are in the car journalism industry; not terribly surprising

No 3.0s from the factory, Chris, but I've definitely seen 3.0 versions around so I imagine it was a pretty simple swap.
ETA: Wikipedia says that there were 3.0 versions built in South Africa by Auto Delta for homologation purposes, so they must have been considered 'factory' in some sense.
Autodelta also made a 3.0 V8 racing version 8-)

South Africa got loads of cool versions of European cars which weren’t ever sold in Europe :(

Correction, JC works in the entertainment industry. ;)

I hadn't really thought about it, but just assumed that JC had moved into another realm before Harry got into it.

The wheels, in isolation are nice enough, but compared to the wheels that were on it, they're not great.

Those wheels are nicer, but both look too big. :?

And as per Harry - looks too high. Particularly at the front.

I imagine it’ll sit 2 inches lower with Clarkson in the driver’s seat.
How about not having a sig at all?

Both seem busier on Youtube than anywhere else these days - I wonder who will be first to accuse Harry of just being a light entertainer?

First time I became aware of this was the ZA - specific E30 333i (which apparently had to be ordered with either PAS or AC as space issues prevented drive for both....

New one at Prescott Hillclimb has some gob smacking cars. Pornographic appearances of an XJR15.

After seeing one in the flesh, a project 8 is more appealing than a PDK GT3. A Manual GT3 would beat both though.

It’s a really cool thing in the flesh.

It looks so much better without the leapers on the side. I liked the big wing, though.

A little effusive on this one...

I must say - I need back seats and have an emotional attachment to my 911 but this is seriously tempting.

Funny times ‘cause there is now no way I’d buy a 992 over this GTS.

I often leave my car with the windows open if I’m only popping out to grab something for the shop and I’ve had people amazed and comment (locking glove box and nothing in it!) but leaving a 250 SWB with the keys in blew my mind slightly
