Yeah, the Up GTi has it. Already reports of the car being asked to use a lower gear to keep temps up...not seen it yet myself.

Can GPFs be removed or would that also be an MOT failure?
How about not having a sig at all?

I believe they changed the MOT to cover anything that's fitted for emission purposes should still be fitted and operational for an MOT, i know they are supposed to check for DPF delete and GPF is somewhat similar system

Yeah I think the ‘inverted RS’ look would work. White wheels need to keep the silver lip; a pain to clean though.

Why would you want to make your lovely genuine GT3 look like a crap replica? Leave that to chavs in cheap C2s

Mine has a PPF/GPF and has shown no signs of bother and I've heard nowt on other forums about problems on BMW's. Doesn't seem to rob power either on mine #rudestofhealthonthedyno 🤣😂

It’ll most likely end up looking like this, no decals:

With OZs

or BBS LMs

Bottom pic looks epic IMO (and clearly LMs can be justified as, well, RSR :P ).

Not able to find out the weight yet but I believe BBS LMs ain’t that light. The OEM BBS 996.2 wheels are quite heavy also.

E88, similar design to LM, are very light but not recommended for road use (and big £££)

OZs are very light though.

I think I’m in the minority when I say I much prefer the standard 996.2 GT3 wheels to either of those. They look perfect on the car.

Same here. I also think they'd look fine all white, rather than white spokes with a polished rim.

Waves ;)

Anyway, I’m not keen on the Oz rims, I don’t like the way the spokes curve in to create a slightly fake lip.

BBS LM however, look fantastic on everything 8-)

Yeah, OZs not the best looking but lightest 18’ (along with E88?) and cheaper than LM/E88

It looks good until you get to the rear 3/4 view, where it all falls apart badly.

That light on the left of the photo looks crooked and the rear is too long.

Realise this is not a 996 but the white on red doesnt work imo.
