8-) I've got images of hired goons roaming the streets knocking on doors and kneecaps.

Is that dumped, or on someones driveway?

On the driveway, I’ve got cctv of it too, tigra was on the wrong side of the road and shunted my car back about 2 car lengths. At 940 in the evening on Halloween it’s perhaps lucky that no one was killed as it’s a residential area.

Have you checked their reg for insurance etc?
Drunkenness or an uninsured driver I'd guess for doing a runner.

Large amounts of this.

Rozzing them up may well do them more harm long term than a smack in the mouth would.

Damn, quite surprising they could actually drive off after that. What low life. Best of luck with the insurance. :(. Did you (or someone on your behalf) literally drive round locally til you spotted it?!

Yeah car is insured and taxed, cctv shows it going the wrong way up the road and straight in to my car. There’s not even an obvious sign of brake lights before or after the impact and it speeds off - my educated guess is drink driving, cctv of the pub that she was in should prove this by Sunday.

Was posted on FB and I have some family in that area, they tagged their friends and one mentioned a damaged black tigra, it surprisingly didn’t take long to find it!

I’ll post the video on the FB group as I don’t know how to post it here.

That annoying after all the effort that went into sorting it.

Spent about 6 hours at the workshop today trying to replace the timing chain tensioner on the combo, doing the oil change and sorting the rear brakes.
None of it done, once we got the chain cover loose the bottom crank bolt needed a socket welding onto a broken converter to fit the 1” drive air gun (it was that tight) and then we discovered the sump needed to come off too or at least be partially removed to allow the chain cover to clear the tensioner. Then we found with the new tensioner was fitted the chain was worn to extreme so it needs to be replaced. I picked up an SKF kit from euros but it won’t get done until Monday now. The oil filter housing broke the other day when it was in for the work so although we have a new one and filter we didn’t even get near to removing the old broken housing. My guy was run off his feet even though it was a Saturday and was being dragged in 3 directions nearly all the time. So we sacked it off and came home and Ive borrowed his van for the wife on Monday.

The wife also reversed to L200 into a post last night so I’ll be getting a quote from dent devils to pull that out (no paint damage fortunately).

If somehow you look at repairing it, a little while back there was someone on ebay in the UK breaking a 3L Lupo for mechanical reasons, so there may be a door and bonnet available under a non 'Lupo GTI' search.

There's also a drivers side LupoGTi wing in black for £65 on eBay, not bad seeing as it's aluminium.

Not sure if they've always been this way, but the Evora blowers seem a little asthmatic. On setting 2 I can barely feel anything, but 3 gets a bit noisy for my liking. Not sure what yours are like mik ?

(Also, you can @ people now, just like on the twitter)
