He only ever did vids around his estate, so I jumped to the conclusion. Maybe cos the tyres arent suited to road.

I think AndyB had also bought the one purporting to be the "main" film car. Didnt pay massive attention tbh.

25% up to £175,000 of hammer price,
20% from £175,001 to £3,000,000 of hammer price,
and 12.5% on the balance thereafter. This applies to each lot purchased and is subject to VAT.

I thought the black market for international arms dealing was reasonably lucrative these days?

Yeah, but you still need to pay off several govt officials. Allegedly.

I can't remember the exact story but wasn't it that Harry's one was built by svo as a road going homage to the film vehicles where as andys was one of the actual film vehicles which he then had made road legal.

I think

Maybe

There was a conversation about it, can't remember if it was here or the old forum. Ste was saying that Harry's was a replica sold as a legit movie car iirc. Still wasn't road legal when he bought it as it had a hydraulic handbrake, maybe?

I've trolled through andys instagram posts of it and seems they made 10 for the film. I can't remember what the ribbing was, but seems Harry's was a legit one too. Maybe andys actually featured in the film but Harry's was one built for it but never actually used?
Cheers, Harry

Finally some fucking sanity. I wouldn't pay 1/100th of that price for the outdated unreliable POS.

The price for sticking a piece of rope and some big tyres on a 4x4: £1000

The price for pretending you’re James Bond: £365,000

Be sure to keep a very large supply of shitty sticks in the bed of it to beat away all the clunge that will throw themselves at you.
And if you come to your senses and realise what you’ve just paid for it then it comes a rope and a winch for a swift easy suicide.
How about not having a sig at all?

Fair play to Harry, he seems to have a sixth sense on what cars will make him a humongous profit and he generally gets decent use out of them, before he flogs them too 😎

Watched the Harry's garage vid on it a few days ago, it's far from standard and basically just looks like a Defender. The suspension is all Bowler for example. There were only a few built that were not road legal but he did say he was going to try a get it done.
