Teh Spotted Thread
Re: Teh Spotted Thread
Over the last month or two I've noticed this GT3 RS parking near my flat almost every evening
Re: Teh Spotted Thread
Is that a subtle "look at my new car" ?
Two spots yesterday;
1. a OO7 reg... but fortunately OO70 SVJ, on a fairly dull green SVJ sat at 60-62mph in the middle lane It was spitting with rain at the time and had rained earlier so wet road so probably not a bad idea being cautious (having lights on would have helped though). I can't say I heard it as it went past
2. 33 EJB, parked half on the pavement, on a yellow line, facing the wrong way, outside a barber's on Dorking High Street.

I'm ahead of you with thinking it unlikely and have been searching the net. The answer is yes, but I don't know which one; https://www.paddyhopkirkmini.com/33-ejb-for-hire

I've watched the odd episode, but it's just never caught me. A bit like Tyrrell's channel. It should be my kind of thing, but just isn't.speedingfine wrote: ↑Tue Dec 21, 2021 7:59 am

I find a lot of Harry's stuff to be a bit dull tbh - I like his reviews though.

Spotted on the front of C+VG Jan 1990 issue - not the Porsche 928 which was in Chase HQ but something many years before it’s time; I’m sure it was based on a 959 front but it looks more like a 993. The 964 had only been launched a few years before. Very prescient:

F8 Tributo.
Looked sharp and it sounded ok (at idle). Driver pulled away as I returned to my car and stopped 100m up the road whilst I got my shizzle together…. Pulling out again as I approached. I was quite excited as I thought I’d get to see/hear it on the move but they suddenly pulled off
Also it highlighted how filthy my car was (gave it a scrub when I got home).
