Wasn't much earlier than the time you spotted me a week or two ago!
Re: Teh Spotted Thread
I saw Jimmy White's Conti GT the other day (didn't notice if he was driving.
I remember seeing his M5 (probably an E34?) parked outside a snooker club on Streatham Highroad many years ago (early 90s) when I used to go a club that way, so I recognised the numberplate...

Re: Teh Spotted Thread
Spotted a new FFRR on the M5 this morning; undisguised, but with 'Prototype Vehicle' lettering below the rear number plate. I'll post more in the FFRR thread.
Re: Teh Spotted Thread
Jobbo talked about the one he saw being a dark colour and it maybe looking better in a light colour.
Looks like a light colour gives it an arse goatee though

An absolute unit
Re: Teh Spotted Thread
Yes I read the “black paint” comment just after I posted that. So clearly not the same car….
I don’t desire one.

Re: Teh Spotted Thread
That's not on the M5 either so definitely not the same car. May have had the same alloys.
That one does look better than black on black on black though. I was thinking more of a warm silver; the L405 looked good in a sort of champagne hue.

Re: Teh Spotted Thread
Spotted this morning between Malvern and Upton on Severn: what must be a prototype of the next Morgan 3-wheeler. It had a very tall, square roll bar; almost looked made of scaffold poles. And it was liveried in the disruptive camo pattern like you see on prototypes from every manufacturer. Which was ludicrous when it was so obvious what it was

Cool spot
I saw a Genesis GV70, though only in a car park so not much of a view. I recognized it as much by the headlights as the grille so if nothing else I suppose it's a success in that respect.
Re: Teh Spotted Thread
Something like this, but with a massive square roll hoop, now I've had a google:
Not as much as a full cage like this one though:

Re: Teh Spotted Thread
i guess it's the new water cooled version which will look really odd due to needing a radiator and a much more conventional ugly engine.
How about not having a sig at all?
Re: Teh Spotted Thread
They camouflaged the wrong part then

Don't see many of those around, I didn't know they sold any TBH!
Viper V10 IIRC. I remember seeing all the release photos etc when they first came out, but don't recall actually seeing any reviews at the time.
@Only9built
Which also give a clue to your question.
Re: Teh Spotted Thread
Spotted that Morgan 3-wheeler prototype again yesterday morning on the M5 near Bromsgrove. At about 7.30am doing 65mph on a grey morning in traffic. Wonder how many prototypes they have running about?

Professor Farnsworth : Dear Lord! That's over 150 atmospheres of pressure!
Fry : How many atmospheres can the ship withstand?
Professor Farnsworth : Well, it's a space ship, so I'd say anywhere between zero and one.

Re: Teh Spotted Thread
Coming up the M40 we spotted an RR Cullinan in white (still looks awful), a McLaren 600LT and a Bullitt Mustang. The colour of the Mustang was stunning in the metal. A deep lustrous green. Boys were impressed (after getting car Top Trumps they're eagerly spotting brands).

Think we saw the same Cullinan in white on the M40, between Warwick and the M42. Looked like a private ambulance used to take dead bodies to the morgue.
