Yeah, the front starts off looking pretty OK then it gets worse as you see the Z3 windscreen and doors, but the rear is absolutely appalling.

Said person formerly of this parish could also make love to me but it won’t change the aesthetics of the Senna.
How about not having a sig at all?
Re: Teh Spotted Thread
- I was hoping someone else would remember the user name.
Had a 360 in JPS Livery - I think he might have had a SL65 around the same time Exiges had his CL65
We're going way back now

Lemmy, but what's your logic that it's his!
Re: Teh Spotted Thread
Lemmy - that's it,
I wasn't being completely serious Speedingfine... It's just he wasn't short of a bob or two and had a penchant for applying JPS livery to cars with no connection to JPS livery

That is indeed going back a while!

I think someone was suggesting the vast majority of Ferrari owners were poser wankers but that didn't match his, you know, real world experience. So indeed, he left. Bit of a loss he had some insane cars (his Radical was my fave)

An MR2:
He was doing his best to convince though, had loads of mags featuring the GTO on the passenger seat
(I think the shade of pink is my camera's fault)

i thought it was the lack of fun car use on here. People weren't doing track days and were growing up and having to buy people carriers.speedingfine wrote: ↑Thu May 05, 2022 12:06 pmI think someone was suggesting the vast majority of Ferrari owners were poser wankers but that didn't match his, you know, real world experience. Can’t be many of these about -
Spotted on my walk to a site this morning.Re: Teh Spotted Thread
Hadn’t seen these alloys before…. nice speedholes, but as per comments on there - bet they are a TAUC to keep clean.
Re: Teh Spotted Thread
Actually they’re pretty easy to do with as a wheel brush will reach all spots.
The worst wheels are those which have deep spokes close to each other which means you need something like a fine paintbrush to reach them, and then they also make doing the barrels a faff.
The next worst thing is some wheels which have a deep strengthening V groove cut just behind the face of the wheel. That’s a finger job.

Re: Teh Spotted Thread
They are having a weird effect on me.
I like the design looking straight onto the face of the wheel, and i very much like the detail shots, but when zoomed back viewing them on the car at a 3/4 angle the final result seems to be somehow less than the sum of the parts visually. I can’t quite explain it as I am not sure I understand why myself.
