Depends on the time, but there were a few at donington for the bmwcc day today 👍

Seems to be the law that if you have one you have to leave the doors down when you park it

There was loads of cool stuff on the roads today, saw about 6 alfasuds  apparently there were over 60 at the Alfa national day in Bicester, over half the registered ones in the country

I passed lots of ferraris going the other way on the M1, ‘best’ was probably a red 512tr 8-)

One I spotted the other day whilst driving on the a1- most unlikely tow car I’ve ever come across- an old 50’s MG pulling a caravan

I’ve seen a few laid out harlequin cars now and I like them. I’m 100% on board that all cars look better scraping the ground on airbags though.

Can you say with confidence that the Bond Bug wasn't pushing the TR6?

I can - the Bond Bug’s rear wheels were on the ground but it had no driver.

Honestly, I don’t really like air ride. Some cars look great sat absolutely flat on the ground, but a lot of others just look broken. The huge majority also look absolute shite at their normal driving height. Not really being one for show queens, more people see my cars as I’m driving them than when they’re parked, so I’ll sacrifice a little pose, for a bit more looking good in motion.

I’m kind of planning some air lift cups for the e36 if I ever get round to it, just to be able to raise the front a couple of inches for awkward speed bumps / entrances, but I expect it will spend 99.9% of its time at its natural height.

There was one at a retro car meet I went to yesterday evening. In original well used, unrestored condition.

As a kid, the house opposite my parents had a few in various states of repair tucked up in the garage / under the carport.

I was only messin’ :D

As cars are supposed to be driven, I find anything that clearly makes them undriveable to be rather stoopid.
