Well done sir!
Hat tip to the owner of this car who has used it properly and then some!

Actually, I may watch this go through... I only opened it to see if the mileage was correct, but it looks like it’s had a lot of work done to it.

That's the thing with these cars: you either need to do next to no mileage, or go fro broke and drive it to the moon and back a few times (see also Simon George's Lambo). It looks fantastic.

Yes and in lots of ways this is a much more sensible buy than an 80k mile one.

You guys not read the readers cars 996 thread about the one that spends its time hammering round Europe delivering motorsports parts? It's superb

Yeah, it actually made me want an early 996. I'd like a narrow bodied 3.4 with supercharger kit.Swervin_Mervin wrote: ↑Tue Jul 03, 2018 3:42 pm You guys not read the readers cars 996 thread about the one that spends its time hammering round Europe delivering motorsports parts? It's superb

Link? I'm NOT going onto Boatshoes unless it's a direct link. The risk of reading the brain spew of some colossal bell end who thinks he's an authority on everything END OF, is too high.Swervin_Mervin wrote: ↑Tue Jul 03, 2018 3:42 pm You guys not read the readers cars 996 thread about the one that spends its time hammering round Europe delivering motorsports parts? Re the GT3 The engine rebuild on my lowly 3.6 Carrera was 12k, and that didn’t include “upgrades”

PPBB’s previous Aerna red 996 was bought by Jethro.
And that blue 996 was owned by the same owner who ran his 997 GT3 to almost 150k miles before selling it.
