If we add 2 garage engines then it bumps it to a cheating 23.8 and 40 cylinders.

Yeah, I pulled the heads a few weeks back and it’s lovely so hasn’t been hurt by all the storage luckily.

If we add 2 garage engines then it bumps it to a cheating 23.8 and 40 cylinders.

What happens if you add the last three power plants you worked on? ;)

I think that's a grand total of 19l
You missed the spare engine for the mini so can claim a full 1.6 for those. Also you are missing a full 2.0 for the Westfield. Amateur.
If we're counting engines that are just sat on the floor, there's the Cooper S lump as well. Forgetting the Westfield was just silly

By my calculations, that makes 24.5l (counting the three cooper engines as a total of 1.6 as they're shared, but the S lump as a full 1.6).

Cylinder count is 48 on the same basis.

A measly 7/8th. Last year at the peak it would have been a few places higher at c7.7l but still not in the big leagues

Mine is perhaps a little excessive given that I live in central London and don't own a parking space!

Mine average 80.4bhp/litre, which seems pretty good considering one's a diesel and there are only two turbos across 6 engines.
