Oi!!! Dem’s fightin words - you wanna step outside!!! ;)

(Can’t argue with the logic though..)

Great article again SSO - with zero experience of any of the I’d agree with your One and Two but I’d put the 288 Third. I just don’t like the front overhangs on the LaFerrari, despite how awesome it is (and I’d have the 918 out there “the Three”). I have zero desire for an Enzo.

Enzo's do seem to be becoming more an more unloved these days......for good reason.

I’ve also driven none of these cars. Question on the F50 gearbox though. People talk about either the 981 GT4 or the Honda S2000 being the best 6 speed manuals ever made, depending on what you’re looking for. Have you tried these 2 shift actions? Where does the F50’s box sit in comparison to these (assuming you’ve tried both).

Never driven the Honda but its better than any Porsche gearbox.

But which colour F50 do I get? It’s one of the few that looks good in many colours apart from the silver which looked shit.

Royal Blue F40 8-)
Yellow F50
Black LaFalalala (and without those ***king fake exhaust tips)
White 288

Lime green with laser blue pinstripe panel outlines and underbody neons for the Enzo.

Based on my own want level

GTO
F50
F40
LaF
Enzo

Despite being a long time Ferrari fan, I’d have a carrera gt over and Enzo.

Quite close in concept to the F50 now that I think about it.
An absolute unit

F40 (red)
288GTO (red)
LaF (black)
Enzo (I dunno, black again maybe).

They all were anyway unless they’ve been messed with. I’ll let that blue one off as it was a bit of a hotchpotch to begin with.

I remember that EVO article. Funny enough, it was the Xbox game Project Gotham Racing 3 (it came out a year after the EVO group test) that got me into liking /loving the F50. I remember in the game the F50 drove better than the F40.

F40 was my poster car though so it’ll always be special to me. (ditto 959)

Having said that, CGT and Zonda (early one like Harry M’s old car) would be the first two supercars that I would buy after my Euromillions win.

Red Ferrari, philosophical question.

Do I prefer not-red because it's aesthetically better or because it's the obtuse choice?

My very first Ferrari memory is of a deep green machine with that beautiful chrome Pininfarina script down the side. I must have been 5 or 6. In my mind it was a 512BB but could have been anything*

*No it wasn't a fucking Mondial!

I have no idea what I'd buy first if I won the euro millions... I guess it depends on availability at the time as much as funds though!

I'm sure I'll win it tomorrow and we'll get to find out.

GTO or F40, the rest don't interest me any more than any other supercars.

959 is a case of don't meet your hero.

Zonda is a lovely thing to drive as is the CGT.
