The 992 GT3 'reveals'

Post by KiwiDave »

Have you guys watched the vids from Catchpole and Harris?

Catchpole

Harris

Great viewing if you like geeking out over the GT cars over the years and some decent glimpses at the new one - enough that there'll be very few surprises.

I haven’t seen any!

Help me decide whether I want to watch by simply advising whether there is a manuel version......

Not watched the Catchpole one yet but watched Harris’ video yesterday and that was a pleasant surprise and was excellent. 8-)

The Harris one was brilliant, that's exactly the sort of content nobody does better IMO.
Cheers,

Mike.

I saw a funny comment about Henry Catchpole the other day

He was described as a cross between Wolverine and Harry Potter 😃

Really enjoyed the CH vid, the new one is ugly as hell though (or at least as ugly as you can make a 911 by bolting on stuff). 991 GT3RS for me please.

I'd liken him to Wally from where's Wally.

Think that’s nicked from Richard Porter who I believe described him as a cross between wolverine and an Edwardian aristocrat... or something like that.

+1

I'd be quite content with one of these, I'm sure.

Now I've watched it, I entirely agree. Although I do love the 997.1 GT3 (possibly not in doom blue) and the 991 Touring. But the 991 RS simply looks amazing; at once both simple and elegant, yet muscular and aggressive.
