Cazoo

Post by Matty »

So Cazoo, the new car selling business by the founder of Zoopla has gone live:

https://www.cazoo.co.uk

The idea being, you find a car you like, they deliver it to you within a few days, and if you don't like it, you can send it back FOC within 7 days. So whats to stop me using it like free car hire? It even comes with 7 days of free insurance. I can't see this one lasting long, seems open to abuse...

Maybe they counter that by how much they make on the finance or listed price

e.g.

vs

edit: although the Panda Cross on Autotrader are similar money to Cazoo, albeit registered slightly more recently e.g.

Finance still seems expensive though.

I'm sure they'll monitor buyers to ensure that doesn't happen.

Finance isn't expensive, it's less than what you would pay at most used dealers and even franchised dealers for used cars.
