Any chance you could screenshot them and post them both here?

Already mentioned earlier in the thread. It's happening when I'm on wifi and my IP isn't changing.

I've no idea. Have you got an alternative browser on your phone you can try?

I removed cookies and cache just for this site and so far it seems to have stopped doing it.

Same, but on Safari. I thought it was due to ios17, perhaps not though.

I've changed the cookie domain to see if that improves it.

There was an issue with mobiles due to regular IP changes over 4G, but I've disabled that already.

@Matty - seems to be a problem logging in on some browsers now (Chrome on Windows doesn’t work for me) - error message is "the submitted form is invalid" when submitting username and password. Quite a few people affected.
Works fine on Safari on my phone as you can see.

@MattyI just popped on via my phone to report what @Jobbo just stated.

Can’t log in on Chrome. Error message when submitting password reset. I the. changed my password via the phone and tried again without any success.

Using this as a clue, I deleted the cookies in Chrome and it worked. So I think this change has broken something if you have existing cookies saved, but is easy enough for us to get round.

Deleting cookies (as suggested by @Jobbo IT Support) did the trick for me.
