Not the best YT channel, but sometimes some interesting stuff.

He's a bit Randall Munroe but can't do the maths.

Boxing day Tsunami was estimated around 250Megatonnes equivalent energy, five times that of the Tsar Bomba.

A slightly more credible piece from XKCD itself here

And the more entertaining piece on how to stop a train with a bb gun

Of course there's no kill like relativistic kill vehicle

Some people spend A LOT of time thinking about this stuff

I know Deskjockey didn't really like it but I think it fared well for a pilot, considerably better than the Goblinworks Garage bollocks I saw on quest last night, truly awful viewing. How Edd has ended up on youtube (maybe he's onto something here) and they got on TV is beyond me.

George Karellas' Soup - car restoration & interviews:

Smith & Sniff:

Johnny Smith has also been putting out some stuff on his own channel:

Finnegan's Garage - slower paced than Roadkill and better for it IMO:

Retropower - building Gordon Murray his dream mk1 Escort:

Mudnomad - huge EU roadtrip in an Ariel Nomad:

Retropower, 44Teeth and Harry (as usual) are my current go-to's.

I hadn't heard of Retropower before, that's been added to my list.

Finnigan's garage is a great channel, I hope he's able to keep it up with the changes that are being made at motortrend. Can't wait for the next update on the Cummins he's put in the ramp truck.
An absolute unit
