Rally sims?

I fancy one of these, I've read reviews saying Dirt 2 is pretty hard. Recommendations?

Dirt rally is great. Very very hard, but very rewarding if you get it right. Still not got around to trying 2.0

Dirt Rally is great, as is 2. The problem I have is driving slow enough as I usually end up going way too fast beyond my abilities and that of the car.

For a slightly less simulationy one, the WRC series are good too. They're up to WRC 10 now which is £20 on Steam.

My biggest problem with these is that I've not got a handbrake and it doesn't seem right pressing a button on the wheel to lock the back wheels.

I got bored of these quickly just because they’re far too much effort. It is a full concentration game with non stop mashing and sawing at the wheel to the point of sweating so yeah, not my cup of tea
