I am literally stocking my fridge for Sunday.

Do they need a 4 try win against Japan ?
They need to score 4 more points AIUI. i.e. they either need to win and Japan not score a bonus point, or score 4 tries to secure the win if Japan do score the bonus point.

Could work against them that - they've only played minnows so far in the tournament and arguably Wales and Australia have had to play tougher, more physical matches against better opposition.

Yeah, not only has it ruined my Saturday morning, but it ruins the build up to the knock out stage for England. Two weeks off is too long, and no tough group games is far from ideal.

Aye. I don't think 10 days off helped Wales yesterday.

Bugger of it is, I'm also likely to miss England's quarterfinal match as I'll be on the road to Cornwall in the morning. Contemplating driving the night before after work!

All Blacks game cancelled too... everyone here also worrying that means they're not getting the proper warm ups in place before the big games.

Valid concerns for all those top teams I think.

Really hope the Scotland v Japan game goes ahead as I expect that to be a blinder.

Absolutely. It was a brilliant game, I don’t think we’ll see one that good for a little while.

I’m out having lunch... lots of men needed the toilet very frequently as there was a tv on the way! 😂

Japan looked really sharp and surprisingly physical. They don't miss tackles and seem to be able to get over the gain line more often than not.

I'm really looking forward to them playing South Africa 😎

Not the result I wanted, but it was a great game, and Japan having 75% posession in the first half indicated how much they dominated after the first 10mins. Jockland fight back in the 2nd half was great. Wish Finn Russel wouldnt kick the ball away so often, and annoying that Japan kept Hoggy tied up,

Every time I heard the crowd sing 'Swing low...' I cringed. I've literally never heard anyone sing it who isn't a first grade fuckwit. So glad I left!

Fair play to them though, they were in control through that. Aussie haven't been up to the fight for a while and it showed.
