It’s pulling over 9G under acceleration and 8G under braking according to the graphic.

Units are important Bro.

9g of acceleration breaks the sound barrier in under four seconds. ;)

9m/s² is bit saner.

Indeed. 9G would be accelerating 9 times faster than if you just dropped it out of a plane.

9G would also result in most people losing consciousness for a guess too.

wiki'd it for horizontal forces the tolerance is higher than I expected, you don't risk "grey/black/red out" either.

Horizontal Gees.
"Early experiments showed that untrained humans were able to tolerate a range of accelerations depending on the time of exposure. This ranged from as much as 20 g0 for less than 10 seconds, to 10 g0 for 1 minute, and 6 g0 for 10 minutes for both eyeballs in and out."

10g's for 1min gets you to 6km/s, not hanging about. Not quite Apollo lunar mission speed but getting there.

Yeah negative G’s are the killer as the blood suddenly rushes into your eyes and head so your blood vessels burst and your black out.

Looks great! Far more like the prototype than I expected. Honda have achieved this also, guess it’s a benefit of not having to put a big lump of metal in the front and all the protections that involves.

The prototype for the Honda effectively was the final design. They did a 'concepty' version to judge reaction for a motorshow, but then everyone preferred the original design so they went with that.

Er what. The Honda got bastardised much like the Brera concept.
Don’t know what the Taycan concept looked like as it’s always been heavily camouflaged.

The answer is 'yes' for the devoid of clicking.

Slightly misinterpreted that, but not much - the 'production' version was basically set up and on the way, but they needed a concept for the motorshows. So they made the concept. They got some feedback from the concept that got fed back to the original design, but the car you see now is older in design terms than the concept, which was purely mocked up for car shows.

This concept?

Anyway this is the original version that I saw and really liked, then much like the Brera they made it taller and it ruined the proportions.

The slightly squared-off front grille on the concept looks better than the more rounded production car, but I like both. Has more of a Fiat 500 feel than a mk1 Golf feel for production.

Isn't it supposed to look like a mk1 Civic?

The concept also doesn’t look like it’s sitting on castors. My first impressions upon actually seeing it was that it’s a Honda Jazz with a slightly nicer body bolted on.
