I overheard a conversation when I was taking my youngest to school this morning.

Woman: "We're going to have to change our car. I want to get an Audi, but he says absolutely not. We have to have something UK based otherwise we won't be able to get spares after Brexit. So I asked him what I could have, and he said I could have a Ford".

It’s because people like that were allowed to vote on such a huge decision with no facts that we’re in the mess we’re in.

He was originally due to stand down in summer but stayed on to “see Brexit through”.
