Probably not that much, I think the carnet I last did was £2k for £100k of gear.

A total freaking PITA for a laptop though. LCCI will be laughing all the way to the bank.

I've struck the odd carnet office that wanted us there four hours before departure...

They’re really wasting money pushing the Brexit ads aren’t they. Love how they are telling us to prepare to help keep things moving but they still don’t know what’s going to happen

It’s like being eternally constipated. The doctor keeps telling you the Senna tablets will work by X amount of time, but you get there and still nothing but a fart.

Very few people who voted for Brexit have jobs.
Fixed.

Some interesting analysis. This answers the “the economists were wrong!” argument (unless the economists you’re talking about are Patrick Mumford or George Osbourne) and the “but Germany aren’t doing very well” argument.

The signs on the motorway make me laugh, 1st November export process may change, check and be prepared. Or something like that. Check and be prepared for what? No one knows what the deal is yet!

Maybe I missed out on buying my crystal ball.

Its quite astounding the smears coming out. Our Boris handled the BBC really well this morning. In a hospital, talking about positives, the interviewer was only interested in this none story. Piers got schooled on ITV this am too.
