Even more pedantically, Porsche SE has >50% of the voting rights but only 30% of the economic interest in the VAG group. In addition, I believe the structure was only permitted to give Porsche SE de facto voting control as VAG management were appointed to management positions in Porsche SE to control the board. The actual Porsche AG company which makes the cars is a subsidiary of VAG as Rev notes! Slightly mind bending.

They’re now starting to talk about the House of Lords more, they could slow the whole thing down and almost bring it to a stall there’s no feeling about the house being reported though, I.e. do they want to get on with this or do they want to stall it for their own interests.

GE tabled by Boris for Tuesday 15th October. Pro-Brexit MP’s have tabled over 100 amendments for the no deal Brexit bill to try and scupper it through the House of Lords.

On it goes, more next week I guess, I can’t see this being resolved this week.
