As some of you may remember me and 3 others did the Race of remembrance last year, where we were up for a class podium but at 11hrs and 52 mins into the race the gearbox gave up and we ended up 4th.

The event was an eye opener in many many ways, its more than just a race, there's background information about peoples stories- the armed forces being a family until people suffer physical or mental injuries that mean they cannot to serve, are discharged and effectively left to fend for themselves, the charity was formed after the number of people commiting suicide, and the team element of the motorsport world as a tool to help rehabilitate, and get people into work as the ultimate aim. It is a humbling & inspiring event.

We are of Off to do the ROR again next weekend, taking another team as well this time, any donations for mission motorsport would be gratefully received.

doesn't matter how small!

This article and video by Nick Trott and Andrew Frankel sums up the event very well!

Note this money goes straight to Mission Motorsport, its not to fund our costs in competing.
