My mum had to have Chester the mental ginger put down last week
He had been odd for many years, a couple of years ago he lost the ability to jump even to bed height, but seemed happy trotting about constantly and not in any pain. Then he went through a phase of eating the fur off his legs, making him look very daft. Some people say it's a sign of strew, but he was one of the most pampered and cared for cats around. His brother is perfectly normal!
Then his breathing started getting bad, even just stood resting his whole torso was heaving in and out, usually you can barely see a cat move as it breathes.
So the decision was made to take him in before he really started suffering.

I've always wanted a label maker. I don't know why, but I have. I just think if I labelled everything, life would be better and easier.
So for MY BIRTHDAY TOMORROW, one of my best buds bought me one and had it sent overseas for me.
It has not been wasted :

So have you applied one label to your gentlemenβs area or 2/3 individual ones?

I popped past my parents earlier to collect a parcel. I put it on the side to go out with the recycling and jokingly said shame it's just a bit too small for Dillon.
A couple of hours later my mum sent me this

Our cat seemed a bit lonely so I bought him some company. She's a 4 months old Savannah X Sphynx cross. So far our older cat is less than impressed. He went and sat outside in the dog kennel for a while but he's back in now and pretending she's not there.
She doesn't seem to give a fuck about anything and so far has been no trouble at all.

Cheers. Apparently it was an accidental litter. The breeder is a professional breeder of Savannahs and Sphynxs and she left a cage open, nature took its course.
She was quite disparaging about them tbh but I reckon she looks pretty good.

She does. The fact she has hair is also quite nice. Were there some bald Savannahs in the litter too?
Here's one of Badger which didn't get into his Facebook album. Because he's not posing in an odd way for once.

Badger looks well.
No bald ones in the litter. They all came out fairly similar.
The woman was a mental cat type person with literally hundreds of cats. Once she figured out that we weren't going to kill and eat the one we'd agreed to buy, she tried to give us a mental male Bengal. It was a stunning animal but it would've really made life hard for our existing moggie.

He's definitely warming to her

How could you not? Such a gorgeous kitten.
Big Suze particularly enjoyed Christmas Day. Not sure exactly what triggered her running round like a mad thing but she had great fun, culminating in climbing the curtains as we unwrapped presents. Glad I put the poles up well, since sheβs pretty much full sized now
