...or someone sizing up '80s American pickups' engine bays...
I wonder if something with an inline 5 would be able to accommodate it :?:

If you're going to go use a similar platform it would be rude not to use the suspension as well.

Are you suggesting a V10 Bentley, or a W12 Touareg ? Because they already did the W12 Touareg from the factory, just without the turbos, and only in LHD.

And a diesel Bentley is very very wrong.

I wasn't thinking of ending up with two cars, I'd assumed using a cheapy faulty Bentley, but if you were going to end up with both cars working why not a high rise V10 tdi Bentley and a low rise W12 turbot rhd Touareg? Don't forget, the Bentayga was available as a diesel; the wrongness door hasn't just already been opened, it's been taken off the hinges. Don't think it can be refitted and closed again either; while it was off the hinges it was spotted by the cost reduction team - why buy in wood when we can use this? - and thus started the promotion of using waste wood to create sustainable interiors.

^ Yup, Phaeton donor, and while the 3l is tuneable I agree a Bentley needs more - and then tune it, obvs.

I am very fond of my Compact but there's also a strong appeal in rallying a 924. Just for brand consistency with the track car & the tow car :)

A2 in HarryM XJC-esque colour, it's had a fair fettling and looks like it'll be cheap; https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/265331068661 ... SwUDphUIKV

Those South African Golfs are collections of parts from the mk1 all the way up to the mk4. They look weird and for that money you could get a decent real mk1.

Racist! :P Everything is a parts bin special if you look, but wonky? If you had £13499 o.n.o. you wouldn't spend it on a "real mk1" Golf anyway

Aside, the A2 was removed from auction as no longer available, annoying as I don't know what it went for.
